E-Commerce Development Manager

As an E-Commerce Strategist, you are at the helm of crafting and spearheading strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive growth. Your role is pivotal in pinpointing customer trends, identifying challenges and opportunities, and developing innovative media buying strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

E-Commerce Content Specialist & Manager

As a Client Content Creator, you'll be at the heart of content production for multiple e-commerce brands/clients simultaneously. This role is pivotal in crafting, filming, and editing diverse content, supported by our fully equipped in-house studio and a range of professional gear. Your creativity and technical skills will bring our clients' visions to life, ensuring their brands stand out in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and make full use of our studio's office equipment for content creation, including a podcast room, lifestyle set, cyc wall room, Sony cameras, Aputure lights, DJI microphones, and more.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging short and long-form content tailored for a variety of social media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, coordinating schedules and executing content shoots and posting schedules effectively. Mastery of Google Calendar, ClickUp, and Slack is essential for smooth operations.

Duties
A sales director will primarily handle the execution of procuring clients and managing client accounts. The marketing consultant will:

  • Leverage/develop the portfolio of marketing tools and services
  • Implement/manage marketing procedures and processes, evaluate existing practice and opportunities for standardization
  • Participate in determining the group marketing strategy with sales and product teams
  • Aligned with sales team to engage channel partners, exploring collaboration opportunities and joint marketing programs
  • Organize marketing events such as roadshows, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Maintain the library of marketing literature and interactive media in English, traditional and simplified Chinese for better branding and sales support

Position Detailed Skill-Set

The candidate must have a solid grasp of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and the ability to travel. Overtime may be needed to make certain deadlines. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize work and juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Troubleshooting skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities as a consultant include significant research of projects, which is based on measurement of customer satisfaction. Responsible for the implementation of the quality, design, coordination, and generating reports on the project. Manage and organize the business-to-business facilities and services.

 

Preferred Skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is ideal. Proficiency with social networking, blogging, and online event posting sites is also ideal. The ability to work on multiple platforms (Mac OSX & Windows) is preferred.
