A sales director will primarily handle the execution of procuring clients and managing client accounts. The marketing consultant will:

  • Leverage/develop the portfolio of marketing tools and services
  • Implement/manage marketing procedures and processes, evaluate existing practice and opportunities for standardization
  • Participate in determining the group marketing strategy with sales and product teams
  • Aligned with sales team to engage channel partners, exploring collaboration opportunities and joint marketing programs
  • Organize marketing events such as roadshows, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Maintain the library of marketing literature and interactive media in English, traditional and simplified Chinese for better branding and sales support
  • Manage allocated budgets in various marketing areas and vendor relationships
  • Write press releases, speeches, and announcements
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan
  • Initiate and propose positive push and pull activities with the sales team
  • Track all marketing initiatives and create weekly/monthly reports
  • Review branding, positioning of the company to ensure impact and awareness


High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
College Graduate (Preferred)
GPA of 3.0 or higher (Preferred)
Eligibility to work permanently in the US


Position Detailed Skill-Set

The candidate must have a solid grasp of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and the ability to travel. Overtime may be needed to make certain deadlines. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize work and juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Troubleshooting skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities as a consultant include significant research of projects, which is based on measurement of customer satisfaction. Responsible for the implementation of the quality, design, coordination, and generating reports on the project. Manage and organize the business-to-business facilities and services.


Preferred Skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is ideal. Proficiency with social networking, blogging, and online event posting sites is also ideal. The ability to work on multiple platforms (Mac OSX & Windows) is preferred.
