Elite Sales Specialist Overview:

In the dynamic role of Elite Sales Specialist, your mission is to transform prospects into valued clients. Success in this position is measured by your ability to effectively increase the number of sales and contribute significantly to our monthly revenue targets.

Appointment Setter Role Overview:

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our client base. Your responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs through engaging conversations, and setting up meetings for our sales team to close the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales performance reviews and training sessions to hone your skills.
  • Employ a variety of lead generation tools and resources to compile contact information and gain insights into potential clients.
  • Efficiently manage and update a CRM and customer database.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of motivation and ambition, with a keen focus on surpassing sales targets and achieving exceptional outcomes.
  • Handle incoming appointment bookings and manage your schedule effectively.
  • Focus on closing more deals through persistent and strategic efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth 30 to 60-minute consultations with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure the highest quality of leads and calls.
  • Facilitate the payment process, contract signings, and enrollment into our programs.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects and utilize downtime for further engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a knack for clearly conveying the advantages of our services.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in sales, with any additional experience considered beneficial.
  • Proficient in managing time effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Knowledgeable about the specific industry sector you’ll be working in with us.
  • Upholds the highest ethical standards. Any misrepresentation of oneself, our offerings, or our company, whether during client interactions or elsewhere, will result in immediate termination.
  • A solid understanding of and background in the real estate domain, such as experience as a real estate investor, life coach, or consultant.

More Information:

  • This position is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Work hours: 9AM to 6PM EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Employment type: 1099 contractor.
