E-Commerce Development Manager

As an E-Commerce Strategist, you are at the helm of crafting and spearheading strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive growth. Your role is pivotal in pinpointing customer trends, identifying challenges and opportunities, and developing innovative media buying strategies. Collaborating closely with various departments, you ensure that projects align with our overarching goals and objectives.


  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, in collaboration with your team, to enhance brand presence across multiple platforms including Facebook Ads, TikTok ads, Amazon, and Email & SMS campaigns.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to fulfill client objectives, focusing on achieving targeted KPIs and maximizing ROI.
  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of marketing plans tailored for platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok ads, Amazon, and integrated Email & SMS strategies.
  • Oversee process management and enhancement, gathering data to maintain insights and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Explore and leverage new revenue opportunities, contributing to sustained business growth.
  • Identify customer trends, challenges, and opportunities, utilizing these insights to forge new media buying strategies and uncover growth avenues.


  • Expertise in Shopify and a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices.
  • Proficiency in Email & SMS Marketing tools, with a preference for experience with Klaviyo and Postscripts.
  • Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets across Facebook and Google Ads, totaling at least $1,000,000.
  • Familiarity with upselling, downselling, and cross-selling techniques to maximize customer value.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Competence in utilizing Heatmap tools such as Hotjar to analyze and optimize user experience.

  • This position is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Work hours: 9AM to 6PM EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Employment type: 1099 contractor.
