Marketing Development Strategist

As the Marketing Development Strategist at AKG Creative, your essential role will be to amplify and lead the success of our digital marketing initiatives. Your main mission is to vitalize these campaigns, substantially boosting client profitability through the adept coordination of paid digital marketing strategies.

Your core aim revolves around enhancing client profitability by the skillful orchestration of paid digital marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Objective Alignment: Inspire and guide the team towards achieving shared goals and key results.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Craft, implement, and supervise wide-ranging digital marketing plans.
  • Budget Management: Strategize and administer budgets to optimize the use of resources effectively.
  • Marketing Channel Optimization: Oversee and refine the performance of various digital channels, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for advancement and innovation.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate campaign success through key performance indicators and return on investment to guarantee campaign efficiency and profitability.
  • Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technological advancements in digital marketing.
  • Client Communication: Ensure transparent and responsive communication with clients, catering to their requirements and expectations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Digital Marketing Platforms: Profound understanding of key digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others, showcasing the ability to leverage these platforms for strategic advantage.
  • Analytical Excellence and Problem Resolution: Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, essential for navigating complex marketing challenges.
  • Strategic Digital Marketing Experience: A solid history of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, specifically within the information marketing and direct response domains, with at least 3 years of specialized experience.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools and Practices: Skilled in utilizing contemporary online marketing tools and staying abreast of current best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborative Teamwork Abilities: Proven capacity to work collaboratively within a team setting, contributing to a cohesive and productive environment.
  • Advanced Communication and Time Management: Exceptional interpersonal communication and time-management skills, vital for managing multiple projects and engaging with team members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Direct Response and Sales Funnel Expertise: Experience in direct response strategies and constructing sales funnels, indicating a tactical understanding of consumer engagement and conversion optimization.
  • Digital Analytics Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Hyros, highlighting the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Marketing Background: At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles, providing a broad understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

More Information:

  • This position is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Work hours: 9AM to 6PM EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Employment type: 1099 contractor.
